USACAMAP.PNG
È una grande mappa degli Stati Uniti che mostra tutti i confini degli Stati e delle contee. In questa mappa puoi riempire ogni contea con un colore diverso, a seconda del suo stato. Nell'angolo in basso a destra puoi vedere un esempio, dove diversi colori sono stati utilizzati per contrassegnare le contee lavorate, le contee confermate tramite QSL o eQSL o entrambi, contee accreditate, contee selezionate / in attesa (quelle che hai inviato al manager e di cui stai aspettando l'accreditamento. Se non ti piacciono i colori proposti puoi sempre cambiarli. Questo file può essere gestito da un software grafico, ad es. "Paint Shop Pro", scaricabile da http://www.oldversion.com/windows/paint-shop-pro-5-0 , o qualsiasi altro software che permetta di utilizzare lo strumento secchiello (floodfill) per riempire di colore un'area delimitata da una linea chiusa. Sconsiglio "Paint" di Windows in quanto presenta numerosi problemi. Ogni contea contiene il suo nome e ho fatto un vero e proprio carattere per evitare di riempire separatamente ogni lettera con spazi chiusi, come A, B, D, O, P, Q, R. Queste sette lettere maiuscole sono aperte, in questo modo il colore può entrare nelle loro aree interne. È stato un lavoro enorme e spero che ti piaccia.

LOGCA.XLS
Questo file può essere gestito con Microsoft Excel e da Open Office / Libre Office Calc. Contiene tutte le 3077 contee degli Stati Uniti e può essere utilizzato come log di stazione per gestire il USA CA Award. Le colonne sono più o meno le stesse di un comune registro di stazione, ma la funzione di tre di loro deve essere spiegata. Colonna QSL: in questa colonna puoi mettere la situazione della conferma del QSO, ad es. potresti scrivere N se stai ancora aspettando la conferma, P per QSL cartacea, E per eQSL, P + E per entrambi o qualsiasi altra lettera che ti piace usare, non importa. Colonna CONF: in questa colonna dovresti usare queste lettere: P per carta QSL cartacea ed E per eQSL. Se hai entrambi, scegline uno, in base al modo usato per ottenere il Diploma e avanzamenti. Non mettere entrambe le lettere o i calcoli saranno sbagliati. Colonna ACCRED: in questa colonna dovresti mettere Y per ogni contea che ti è stata accreditata dall'Award Manager e P per le contee che hai confermato e chiederai il loro accreditamento in futuro (selezionato / in attesa). In questo modo i calcoli sul secondo foglio (Statistics) saranno corretti. Il log contiene un QSO di esempio, ovviamente cancellalo prima per inserire i tuoi dati.

Cartella 50 STATES
contiene 50 file PNG dei 50 Stati USA per una gestione separata delle Contee Stato per Stato. Funziona analogamente al fine USACAMAP.PNG

USACAMAP.PNG
It's a large USA map showing all US States and Counties borders. In this map you can fill each County with a different color, according with its status. On the right bottom corner you can see an example, where different colors have been used to mark worked Counties, confirmed Counties either by QSL card or by eQSL or both, accredited Counties, selected/pending Counties (those that you have sent to the manager and you are waiting for the accreditation. Of course if you don't like the proposed colors you can change them. This file can be managed by a common graphic software, e.g. "Paint Shop Pro 5, free, downloadable from http://www.oldversion.com/windows/paint-shop-pro-5-0  (better to avoid "Windows Paint", present in the Windows Tools suite), or other softwares that allow to use the bucket tool to fill of a color an area surrounded by a closed line. Each County contains its name, and I made a proper font to avoid to fill separately each letter with close spaces, like A, B, D, O, P, Q, R. These seven capital letters are open, in this way the color can get into their internal areas. It has been a huge work and I hope you enjoy it.

LOGCA.XLS
This file can be managed with Microsoft Excel and by Open Office / Libre Office Calc. It contains all 3077 US Counties, and can be used as station log to manage the USA CA Award. The columns are more or less the same as a common station log, but the function of three of them must be explained. Column QSL: in this column you can put the situation of the QSO confirm, e.g. you could write N if you are still waiting for the confirm, P for Paper QSL card, E for eQSL, P+E for both, or any other letter you like to use, it does not matter. Column CONF: in this column you should use these letters: P for paper QSL card, and E for eQSL. If you have both, choose one, according with the way you used to get the Award and its following steps. Do not put both letters or the calculations will be wrong. Column ACCRED: in this column you should put Y for each County that have been accredited you by the Award Manager and P for those Counties that you have confirmed and you are going to ask for their accreditation (selected/pending). In this way the calculations on second sheet (Score) will be correct. The log contains a sample QSO, of course delete it before to enter your data.

Subfolder 50 STATES
In this subfolder there are 50 PNG maps of the 50 US States for a separate registration of the worked/confirmed/accredited Counties by State.
