Regolamento La Sezione A.R.I. Busto Arsizio (VA), coadiuvata da quella di Mondovì (CN), istituisce l’Italian Districts by Castles Award, o Diploma dei Distretti Italiani lavorati per Castelli, nell’ambito del Programma D.C.I.
Scopo del Diploma è collegare/ascoltare il maggior numero di Distretti Italiani mediante QSO/HRD con stazioni fisse o portatili attivanti Referenze del Diploma dei Castelli d’Italia (D.C.I.)
Definizione di Distretto: per Distretto si intende un’area geografica avente il medesimo prefisso telefonico. Esistono 231 Distretti telefonici all’interno del territorio italiano. Detti Distretti non necessariamente coincidono con le Province italiane o parti di esse. Il distretto di Adria è stato aggregato a quello di Rovigo, in quanto attualmente privo di referenze D.C.I., a formare il distretto di Rovigo e Adria, per un totale quindi di 230 Distretti.
I Distretti Italiani sono identificati mediante un numero da 001 a 230 in ordine di prefisso telefonico e sono denominati con il Comune Capoluogo di Distretto.
Per ottenere il Diploma di base I.D.C.A. bisogna aver collegato/ascoltato almeno 25 dei 230 Distretti, ed essere in possesso della relativa cartolina QSL già accreditata dal D.C.I. Manager. Il Diploma I.D.C.A. è gratuito e viene spedito via e-mail come file PDF che può essere stampato con una comune stampante a getto d’inchiostro. La prima classe richiesta deve essere la Basic. Ogni avanzamento si può richiedere solo se in possesso della classe immediatamente precedente.
Per richiedere il Diploma Basic e gli ulteriori avanzamenti è necessario spedire i files generati dal programma DCI di IK6CAC. Scaricate il programma gratuito al'indirizzo www.ik6cac.com L'indirizzo dove spedire i files è: ik2vuc [chiocciola] aribusto.it
Il Diploma verrà inviato al richiedente non appena esperiti i relativi controlli. L’invio delle QSL non è necessario in quanto esse sono già state controllate in sede di accredito D.C.I. I contatti validi decorrono dal 1° Gennaio 2001.
Per l’identificazione dei Distretti sono stati predisposti appositi databases.
E' inoltre previsto uno speciale Award Attivatori conseguibile per aver attivato referenze DCI in almeno 10 Distretti diversi. Le attivazioni devono essere state convalidate dal DCI Office ed essere pubblicate nel file Attivazioni presente nel sito www.dcia.it . Per richiedere il Diploma Attivatori è scaricabile un apposito Form Attivatori dal presente sito.
Ogni Award riporta l’immagine di un diverso castello. Il file viene spedito come attachment di e-mail. Nel caso il richiedente non sia connesso ad Internet, può inviare il form unitamente ad un floppy disk e una busta preindirizzata e con sufficiente affrancatura a:

Il Diploma I.D.C.A. è riservato a chi è già in possesso del Diploma dei Castelli Italiani. Per ogni controversia la decisione assunta dal Manager è insindacabile. La richiesta del Diploma comporta l'accettazione del presente Regolamento.
RulesThe A.R.I. Section of Busto Arsizio (VA), in collaboration with A.R.I. Section of Mondovì (CN), presents the Italian Districts by Castles Award, involved in the D.C.I. Programme
The purpose of this Award is to collect the most number of Italian Districts through QSO/HRD with based or portable A.R.S. activing References of the "Diploma dei Castelli d’Italia" (D.C.I.).
Definition of District: It is an italian geographic area with same phone area-code. there are 231 phone areas on italian territory. These Districts don't correspond to the Italian Provinces or part of them. The District of Adria has been merged with the District of Rovigo, because at the moment without D.C.I. References, to constitute the District of Rovigo and Adria, for a total amount of 230 Districts.
The Italian Districts are identified through a number from 001 to 230 sorted by area-code and are named with the Chief Town of the District.
To get the Basic I.D.C.A. the applicant must have made QSO/HRD at least 25 out of 230 Districts, and to be in possession of the QSL-card already accredited by the D.C.I. Manager. The I.D.C.A. is free of costs and it is sent as e-mail attachment as PDF file, printable by the applicant with a common inkjet printer. First claimed Class must be the Basic. Each upper Class can be claimed once in possession of the previous Class.
To claim any Award, applicants must send the TXT files generated by the software to the address: ik2vuc [at] aribusto.it The Official Software DCI by IK6CAC can be dowloaded free from the Web Site: www.ik6cac.com The address where to send the files is: ik2vuc [at] aribusto.it
The Award will be sent to the applicant once the checks have been done. The sending of the QSL card is not necessary, because they already have been checked when they have been accredited for D.C.I. Vaild contacts are since 1st January 2001.
To identify the Districts, proper databases are available.
Further intermediate upgrades can be sent via e-mail to the Manager IK2VUC only after the Diamond Level.
There is also a speciale Activators Award available with at least 10 different Districts activated by DCI actiations. These activations must have been validated by the DCI Office and must be published in the file "Attivazioni" dowloadable from the web site www.dcia.it To claim the Activators Award there is a proper Activators Form dowloadable from this web site..
Each Award shows the picture of a different castle. The file is sent as e-mail attachment. If the applicant does not have Internet connection, the printed form can be mailed with a S.A.S.E. and a floppy-disk to:

The I.D.C.A. is reserved to D.C.I. holders. For any dispute, the decision of the Manager is unquestionable. Claiming the Award equals to accept these rules.
